Job Summary
As an Applied AI Specialist in Commercial Customer Success, the full-time remote position will design, build, test, deploy, and maintain AI-driven solutions that enhance customer operations and improve outcomes across various industries.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop agent architectures, integrating them with external systems and writing maintainable Python code
- Define success criteria and create automated test suites to ensure the reliability and performance of AI agents
- Monitor agent performance, implement updates, and iterate on solutions based on evolving product features and customer feedback
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of software engineering or technical experience, including at least 1 year working with LLMs or AI agents in a production environment
- Proficiency in Python and experience connecting AI systems to external tools such as CRMs and APIs
- Hands-on experience in building and maintaining production LLM-based agents or automations
- A genuine curiosity about Customer Success workflows and the ability to define success metrics before project initiation
- Intellectual honesty regarding AI capabilities and the judgment to implement effective guardrails and fallback paths
