Applied AI Staff Engineer

Job Summary

Integrating cutting-edge AI models into existing features, the full-time Applied AI Staff Engineer will enhance product capabilities and deliver improved user experiences while working remotely within a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and select appropriate AI models based on business needs and requirements
• Design and build evaluation frameworks and configure observability platforms for monitoring AI performance
• Collaborate with the data science team to fine-tune AI models for optimal performance in products

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 4 years of experience in software development, including production applications in modern web frameworks
• Strong knowledge of AI models, including familiarity with agent SDKs and fine-tuning processes
• Strong engineering fundamentals with various back-end technologies
• Ability to design new features around data models with accuracy, security, and performance in mind
