Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in applied data science or advanced analytics roles
• Proven experience building and deploying analytics models into production
• Strong skills in Python, SQL, and Power BI
• Exposure to Microsoft Fabric or similar modern data platforms
• Experience with banking, credit unions, or financial services analytics is a strong plus
