Applied Deep Learning Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Applied Deep Learning Scientist, Geometric Deep Learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine deep learning algorithms for geometric deep learning in biological and materials sciences
• Build metrics and assist with the evaluation of model predictions and results
• Collaborate with AI infrastructure and research teams to incorporate advances in the field into product development

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Completed a MS or PhD in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Physics, Computational Biology, or Computer Science
• Expertise in deep learning and machine learning
• Strong experience with Python for deep learning and relevant libraries
• Experience with modeling and validation of protein sequences and/or structures
