Applied Engineer
Job Summary
As a full-time Applied Engineer, the candidate will work remotely to architect, implement, and optimize security solutions and data pipelines for strategic customers, while acting as a trusted technical advisor and building strong customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust security architectures and data pipelines
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) patterns and automation frameworks for scalable customer onboarding
- Engineer advanced search architectures and optimize Elasticsearch for massive-scale data ingestion
Required qualifications
- Eligible for a U.S. Federal security clearance (TS/SCI or higher)
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tooling
- Experience as a software engineer with at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, Golang)
- Proficiency in designing and optimizing solutions with Elasticsearch or similar technologies
- Strong understanding of Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems
