Job Summary

A company is looking for an Applied Epic Expert in Insurance Agency Operations & Automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate current Epic usage and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Create and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various workflows
• Train staff on proper Epic use and provide ongoing support for new workflows

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of deep Applied Epic experience within an insurance agency
• Strong understanding of personal lines and health/Medicare workflows preferred
• Proven experience in building agency workflows and data cleanup initiatives
• Familiarity with Epic marketing automation tools is a plus
• Ability to translate operational needs into Epic configuration and workflows
