Job Summary

A company is looking for an Applied Epic Support Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide real-time customer support via phone, email, or chat for Applied Epic software inquiries
  • Triage and troubleshoot user problems, documenting issues and resolutions
  • Make configuration changes in Applied Epic and document issues in a ticketing system
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience with Applied Epic software
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in a customer support center, preferably in a technology or business-to-business environment
  • Familiarity with case management systems such as Salesforce or Jira
