Applied Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic computer vision team, the entry/mid-level Applied Machine Learning Platform Engineer will work remotely to design and maintain scalable training infrastructure, implement distributed training pipelines, and build robust data pipelines to support machine learning development.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable training infrastructure for computer vision workloads
• Implement and manage distributed training pipelines to support large-scale model training and hyperparameter tuning
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines for machine learning development

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of industry experience in platform, backend, data, or MLOps engineering roles
• Proficiency in Python with strong software engineering fundamentals
• Hands-on experience building and operating distributed cloud machine learning infrastructure
• Experience with database design and data systems for machine learning workloads
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes
