A company is looking for an Applied Research Lead, Reinforcement Learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead efforts in applying reinforcement learning techniques to enhance model quality and controllability
• Develop and implement impactful machine learning projects with a focus on user interfaces for creative tasks
• Mentor and teach other researchers in the field

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant engineering or research experience in reinforcement learning
• Strong programming skills with the ability to write clean and maintainable research code
• Deep interest in building human-in-the-loop systems for creativity
• Experience in seeing research through from conception to application
• Experience mentoring and teaching other researchers
