Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Applied Researcher to design evaluation systems for AI-powered developer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design evaluation frameworks for code generation, reasoning, safety, and agentic workflows
• Build and optimize evaluation tooling, datasets, and experimentation pipelines
• Shape the strategy for model quality and mentor other researchers and engineers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in a related field with relevant experience in data science
• 3+ years of engineering skills in Python/Typescript and experience with production-grade evaluation or ML pipelines
• Proven track record of shipping research or evaluation systems in production environments
• Strong cross-functional communication and influence skills
