Key Responsibilities

• Build and improve applied ML systems to identify customer readiness and recommend actions
• Work with large, messy, real-world data to create features and improve model quality
• Design evaluation methods for ML and generative AI, ensuring alignment with business outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of applied ML experience in an academic or industry setting
• Strong fundamentals in classical machine learning models including supervised learning and feature engineering
• Experience in designing and analyzing experiments with a focus on evaluation methods
• Proficiency in Python and common ML tooling, with a focus on clean and maintainable code
• Comfortable working with messy and unstructured data, understanding data quality impacts
