Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and drive applied science initiatives focused on business impact
• Build and deploy AI systems, including customer lifetime value models and recommendation systems
• Analyze various data types to drive model development and maintain model reliability and performance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in applied AI/data science with a track record of deploying models to production
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
• Familiarity with agentic software engineering tools like Claude Code or Codex
• Strong foundation in probability, statistics, and experimental design
• Experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams
