Key Responsibilities

• Uplevel production models by fine-tuning features and architectures to enhance customer value
• Prototype and prove solutions through design and interpretation of tests, ensuring rapid deployment of effective approaches
• Integrate generative AI with classical ML techniques to improve operations and borrower experiences

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in building and maintaining production models using Python with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn
• Proficiency in managing large-scale datasets using SQL and distributed tools such as Spark, Hive, or Databricks
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and code reviews, delivering modular and well-documented code
• Knowledge of LLMs and generative AI techniques, along with classical ML methods
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences
