Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scheduling and Appointment Management Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the coordination and management of care appointments with families and clients
  • Work with program managers to maintain scheduling practices and protocols
  • Utilize technology to optimize appointment scheduling and manage confirmations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience, particularly in supporting families of children with ASD or developmental disabilities
  • Understanding of issues faced by individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Fluency in English; French is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software
  • Demonstrated commitment to social justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion principles
