Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and management of care appointments with families and clients
- Work with program managers to maintain scheduling practices and protocols
- Utilize technology to optimize appointment scheduling and manage confirmations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience, particularly in supporting families of children with ASD or developmental disabilities
- Understanding of issues faced by individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Fluency in English; French is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software
