Job Summary

To support business outreach efforts, the part-time Appointment Setter will make outbound calls to businesses, engage with decision-makers, and schedule appointments for the team in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to identify potential business opportunities
• Engage with business owners and decision-makers to gather information and schedule qualified appointments
• Maintain accurate records and update contact information in the CRM system

Required qualifications

• Previous experience in appointment-setting, outbound calling, or inside sales
• Comfortable and confident in making outbound calls
• Strong professional phone presence and communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Familiarity with basic CRM software
