Job Summary

A company is looking for an Appointment Setter to generate qualified leads through high-volume outbound calling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make a high volume of daily outbound calls to targeted prospects using a parallel dialer
  • Engage prospects in consultative conversations to uncover challenges and opportunities
  • Pre-book meetings for upcoming events across assigned accounts
  • Capture, track, and manage leads using a parallel dialer and other prospecting tools
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of proven success in a cold calling, appointment setting or inside sales role
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding outbound activity and meeting-setting targets
  • Strong phone presence and comfortable engaging senior stakeholders over the phone
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and able to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Experience using parallel dialers and other calling-specific technology
