Job Summary
To support a growing e-commerce brand management team, the full-time remote Appointment Setter will identify leads, build relationships, and schedule discovery calls for the sales team during EST working hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and qualify leads based on clear selection criteria
- Conduct cold outreach and follow-ups via LinkedIn and email
- Schedule discovery calls and free audits for the sales team
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or online sales
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales funnel management
- Comfortable working 9 AM - 5 PM EST (remote)
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
- A consultative, value-driven approach to outreach
