Job Summary
To support a growing remodeling company, the full-time Appointment Setter will manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments while ensuring high-quality customer service in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Follow established routines and procedures to maintain organization and efficiency
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls for booking and scheduling appointments
- Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service throughout the appointment scheduling process
Required qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2C
- Proven ability to follow scripts and handle inbound/outbound calls effectively
- Strong customer service background focused on quality and consistency
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and own a working laptop/PC with a noise-cancelling headset
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and goal-oriented mindset
