Job Summary
Working remotely on a part-time basis, the Appointment Setter will connect with B2B prospects through high-volume outbound calls to introduce new publication opportunities and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to introduce prospective B2B clients to new corporate publication opportunities
- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for Sales Guardians to ensure smooth handoffs
- Maintain accurate CRM records of prospect interactions and consistently meet appointment-setting goals
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in high-volume cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting
- Proven ability to meet activity goals and sales targets with measurable results
- Experience using CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation
- Familiarity with scheduling tools like Calendly and Google Calendar
