Job Summary

Working remotely on a part-time basis, the Appointment Setter will connect with B2B prospects through high-volume outbound calls to introduce new publication opportunities and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Key responsibilities
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to introduce prospective B2B clients to new corporate publication opportunities
  • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for Sales Guardians to ensure smooth handoffs
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of prospect interactions and consistently meet appointment-setting goals
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in high-volume cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting
  • Proven ability to meet activity goals and sales targets with measurable results
  • Experience using CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools like Calendly and Google Calendar
