Job Summary

To enhance the connection between consumers and insurance providers, the temporary remote Appointment Setter will engage with a high volume of records, making contact with consumers to provide a screening experience and transfer them to licensed Insurance Agents for quotes.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and screen consumers from a high volume of records, aiming for efficient engagement
• Transfer qualified leads to licensed Insurance Agents for further assistance
• Maintain focus and productivity throughout an 8-hour shift to maximize consumer interactions

Required qualifications

• Previous experience in a high-volume call center or appointment setting environment
• Ability to handle a large number of calls and maintain a high level of engagement
• Familiarity with insurance products or services is a plus
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple records efficiently
• Availability to work flexible hours as required by the role
