Appointment Setter for Aesthetics

Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing marketing company in the medical aesthetics field, the remote Appointment Setter for Aesthetics will engage in high-volume outbound calling, book qualified appointments for clients, and manage leads effectively while working as an independent contractor.

Key responsibilities

• Make 400+ outbound calls daily to contact new leads within 5 minutes of submission and manage leads for up to 3 clients simultaneously
• Book and confirm qualified appointments for med spa and aesthetics clients, targeting 40+ appointments per client each month
• Track and report daily KPIs, maintaining accurate records in GoHighLevel and following structured call scripts with a warm tone

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in appointment setting or high-volume outbound calling
• Neutral American or Canadian accent required
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM systems
• Personal familiarity with med spa or aesthetic treatments
• Reliable and consistent attendance with the ability to work independently from a home office
