Job Summary

To support a dynamic sales team, the full-time Appointment Setter - Remote will engage in high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers, convert leads into qualified appointments, and build rapport while navigating objections in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls and handle inbound calls as needed to prospective customers
• Convert leads into qualified appointments for Design Consultants by asking effective discovery questions
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM and follow up consistently with leads through various communication methods

Required qualifications

• Previous experience in inside sales, appointment setting, or lead conversion is strongly preferred
• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections confidently
• Strong discovery skills and a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
• Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate CRM and communication systems efficiently
