Job Summary

A company is looking for an Appraisal Coordinator to manage the appraisal order process in a mortgage lending environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the status of appraisal orders for compliance with Appraiser Independence Rules
  • Place and track appraisal orders through an appraisal management system
  • Maintain the appraiser vendor panel and ensure data accuracy in the appraisal management system

Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalency required
  • Some college courses in Business or a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of clerical or administrative support experience
  • Experience in a mortgage lending environment or appraisal practice preferred
  • Working knowledge of general office equipment and software
