Appraisal Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Appraisal Coordinator responsible for monitoring and processing AMC appraisals.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage appraisal orders delivered by AMCs
• Enter and update appraisal report information in the Loan Origination Software, Encompass
• Maintain communication with various stakeholders throughout the loan process

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of processing experience with Government, Conventional, and DU/LP loans
• General knowledge of mortgage products and processes
• Knowledge of RESPA requirements and Loan Estimate preparation
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite and Encompass Loan Origination system preferred
