Job Summary
A company is looking for an Appraisal Policy Analyst who is passionate about customer success and quality assurance in appraisal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers to identify quality objectives and develop plans to enhance valuation quality
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and share insights with product teams
- Facilitate onboarding of new customers through training sessions and ongoing feedback discussions
Required Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of appraisal theory and quality standards; experience as an appraiser or with a lender/AMC is a plus
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Product Management, or related fields
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for leveraging data for decision-making
- Proven ability to translate user insights and business needs into actionable product solutions
- Exceptional writing skills, particularly in crafting product copy and documentation
