Job Summary

A company is looking for an Appraisal Policy Analyst who is passionate about customer success and quality assurance in appraisal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers to identify quality objectives and develop plans to enhance valuation quality
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and share insights with product teams
  • Facilitate onboarding of new customers through training sessions and ongoing feedback discussions
Required Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of appraisal theory and quality standards; experience as an appraiser or with a lender/AMC is a plus
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Product Management, or related fields
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for leveraging data for decision-making
  • Proven ability to translate user insights and business needs into actionable product solutions
  • Exceptional writing skills, particularly in crafting product copy and documentation
