Appraisal Success Manager

Job Summary

Managing appraisal orders from intake through payment processing, the full-time Appraisal Success Manager will ensure efficiency and exceptional client service while working remotely on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee assigned appraisal pipelines, ensuring timely completion and adherence to performance targets
• Coordinate payment processing and order setup, addressing any issues with professionalism
• Act as the primary liaison between lender clients and appraisers, providing proactive status updates throughout the process

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in appraisal management, customer service, or operations
• Strong knowledge of real estate and appraisal terminology preferred
• Experience managing high-volume workflows and client communications
• Familiarity with dashboards and reporting tools
• Prior mortgage, lending, or real estate experience preferred
