Appraisal Support Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Appraisal Support Unit, the full-time remote Appraisal Support Representative will perform administrative tasks to determine vehicle/property damage costs, monitor assignments, and update appraisal information.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on outstanding assignments and appraisal updates
• Maintain the supplemental hotline and process underwriting requests
• Input claims transactions into the Claim Service Request System and manage incoming mail

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or academic equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent data entry skills and basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Ability to learn software applications and demonstrate computer literacy
• Strong time management and organizational skills
