Apprentice Product Researcher

Job Summary

Working full-time in a remote capacity, the Apprentice Product Researcher will collaborate with Product Researchers and cross-functional teams on high-impact projects, utilizing qualitative research methods to understand user needs and product opportunities while leveraging AI tools for workflow optimization.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct qualitative research methods such as usability evaluations and individual interviews to gather user insights
• Collaborate with a mentor and team members to navigate the role of a Product Researcher
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance research skills

Required qualifications:

• Professionals from non-tech backgrounds, including research bootcamp graduates or self-taught individuals
• 1+ years of experience in a collaborative professional work environment preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of qualitative research methods
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new AI tools
• Availability to work full-time during business hours; students currently enrolled in degree programs are not eligible
