Job Summary

A company is looking for an Apprenticeship Program Coordinator to support day-to-day operations and record-keeping for the Apprenticeship team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage apprentice registration processes from intake to state submission
  • Maintain accurate records across internal systems and prepare documentation for compliance reporting
  • Coordinate communication with customers and support enterprise apprenticeship accounts
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years in operations, program coordination, compliance, or administrative support
  • Experience with compliance or regulatory documentation
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and operational platforms
  • Experience managing data across multiple systems
  • Experience with apprenticeship programs or workforce development is preferred
