Job Summary
A company is looking for an Apprenticeship Program Coordinator to support day-to-day operations and record-keeping for the Apprenticeship team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage apprentice registration processes from intake to state submission
- Maintain accurate records across internal systems and prepare documentation for compliance reporting
- Coordinate communication with customers and support enterprise apprenticeship accounts
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in operations, program coordination, compliance, or administrative support
- Experience with compliance or regulatory documentation
- Familiarity with CRM systems and operational platforms
- Experience managing data across multiple systems
- Experience with apprenticeship programs or workforce development is preferred
