AppSec and DevSecOps Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AppSec & DevSecOps Engineer to enhance security throughout the software development lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate security practices into the software development lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, code reviews, and penetration testing
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and security policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in AppSec, DevSecOps, or related roles
• Certifications such as OSCP, CISSP, CSSLP, or CEH are preferred
• Experience with cloud-native security in Azure, AWS, and GCP
• Hands-on experience with NIST, HIPAA, and SOC 2 security compliance
