AppSec Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SecOps Engineer (AppSec).

Key Responsibilities

• Protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of applications, services, data, and cloud infrastructure
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate vulnerabilities while providing support and guidance to the DevOps Team
• Develop and implement application security processes, including conducting penetration tests and security audits

Required Qualifications

• Graduation complete or in progress in IT courses or related areas
• Previous experience as an AppSec Engineer or Penetration Tester with Cloud Security capabilities
• Experience in managing security projects and implementing internal processes and controls
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, focusing on cloud security and infrastructure
• Previous experience with Amazon AWS and familiarity with PTES, OSSTM, OWASP, and NIST CSF
