Job Summary

To support a growing network of providers, the full-time remote APRN Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruitment for APRN and clinical roles, managing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for APRN and clinical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier APRN talent using clinical networks and outbound outreach
  • Understand and communicate APRN practice authority by state to accurately represent the role and address candidate inquiries
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of clinical recruitment experience with a focus on hiring licensed healthcare professionals across multiple states
  • Experience in telehealth recruitment and understanding of remote clinical workflows and licensing nuances
  • Start-up experience, thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities
  • Familiarity with APRN practice authority and supervision requirements across multiple states
  • Expert sourcing skills to engage top clinical talent beyond traditional job boards
