Job Summary

A company is looking for an Independent Contractor - SMETA - Remote West Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit inspections and audits
• Summarize and evaluate inspection and audit findings, and communicate results with client site management
• Ensure timely reporting of audit inspection results in accordance with scheme requirements

Required Qualifications

• 4-year college degree is required
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in social compliance auditing
• APSCA Registered Auditor (RA) or Certified Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) required
• Registered by the Association for Professional Social Compliance Auditors (APSCA) passing all 3 parts of the APSCA exams
• Experience with CSR, SA 8000, SMETA or similar standards
