AR/AP Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AR/AP Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping workflows to ensure accurate transaction recording and documentation
• Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial closings and support day-to-day finance activities

Required Qualifications

• Relevant academic background or practical experience in accounting or finance
• Advanced English proficiency
• Proficiency in modern fintech technologies and payment gateways
• Portuguese language proficiency is a plus
• Knowledge of Portuguese accounting and bookkeeping practices is preferred
