AR Collections Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Billing Specialist focused on AR Collections in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily audits of client accounts to ensure accurate billing and documentation
• Address and resolve rejected claims, ensuring compliance with billing rules
• Communicate with staff to maintain accuracy in charge capture and billing processes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical billing or related fields
• Experience with Lean Process Management is a plus
• Certification such as CPC, CPAT, or CPAM preferred but not required
• Must have a personal computer that meets company software standards
