AR Collections Specialist

Job Summary

To support the collections process, the full-time AR Collections Specialist will manage a high volume of outbound communications to collect payments on delinquent accounts, monitor account statuses, and assist with payment reconciliations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct high volume outbound calls and emails to collect past due balances and ascertain reasons for non-payment
• Monitor customer account statuses and maintain accurate records of payment activity
• Prepare monthly statements, issue dunning letters, and assist with repayment agreements for delinquent accounts

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
• Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous
