AR Collections Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the accounts receivable collections process, the full-time AR Collections Specialist will process incoming payments, monitor overdue balances, and maintain accurate customer account records while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process incoming payments, including checks, ACH, and wire payments
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and conduct timely follow-up with customers to secure payment
• Manage the end-to-end collections process, including customer outreach and updating account records

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or education in accounting or finance is a plus
• 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or collections
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel; experience with NetSuite is a plus
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
