AR Follow-Up Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst/Senior Analyst in AR Follow-ups/Denial Management - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Posting medical charges, payments, and journal entries accurately and timely
• Communicating with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and patients to process and collect claims
• Researching and appealing denied claims for effective Denial Management

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in medical billing and claim processing
• Familiarity with insurance guidelines, including HMO/PPO, Medicare, and state Medicaid
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations for handling protected health information
• Proficiency in using billing software for claim processing
• Ability to verify insurance filing information and patient registration data accurately
