A company is looking for an AR Follow Up Specialist (Healthcare Revenue Cycle).

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on unresolved claims with insurance carriers
• Research insurance company issues and check claim statuses
• Take actions to resolve payment issues and follow up on patient balances

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2+ years of A/R follow-up (Insurance Collections) experience required
• Medical billing experience is helpful
• Hospital claims experience and healthcare receivables experience preferred
• 2+ years of office experience with a focus on problem solving and research
• Prior computer experience is required
