Job Summary

A company is looking for an AR Follow-Up Specialist in Hospital Billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform follow-up on accounts not adjudicated by the payer and manage open receivables after appeals
• Utilize payer technology and resources for account resolution and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with team members on account resolution strategies and contribute to process improvements

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma
• Previous Revenue Cycle knowledge or experience in areas such as PFS, Customer Service, or Patient Access
• Ability to perform tasks efficiently and collaboratively
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferred: One or more years of experience in health care billing functions
