AR Follow-Up Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AR Follow-Up Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain standard quality audit processes and perform monthly quality audits
• Train new employees, conduct performance reviews, and maintain training manuals
• Monitor workload, schedule tasks, and communicate process changes to staff

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in Medical Insurance Follow Up or insurance collections is required
• Supervisory or management experience in a healthcare environment is necessary
• A background in healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
