AR Follow-Up Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AR Follow-Up Supervisor responsible for overseeing AR Follow-Up Specialists in the Medical Insurance Follow Up Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain standard quality audit processes and perform monthly audits
• Conduct training for new employees and maintain the department training manual
• Monitor team performance, conduct performance reviews, and facilitate monthly meetings

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in Medical Insurance Follow Up or insurance collections required
• Supervisory or management experience in a healthcare environment is necessary
• Background in healthcare Revenue Cycle Management is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
