AR Follow-Up Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AR Follow-Up Supervisor to oversee the AR Follow-Up Specialists in the Medical Insurance Follow Up Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain standard quality audit processes and perform monthly audits
• Conduct training for new employees and maintain training manuals
• Monitor workload, track attendance, and conduct performance reviews for team members

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Experience in Medical Insurance Follow Up or insurance collections is required
• Supervisory or management experience in a healthcare environment is necessary
• A background in healthcare revenue cycle management is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is required
