AR Follow-Up Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AR Follow-Up Supervisor to oversee the AR Follow-Up Specialists in their Medical Insurance Follow Up Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain standard quality audit processes and perform monthly quality audits
• Train new employees and conduct quarterly performance reviews for direct reports
• Monitor workload and attendance, and communicate process changes with staff

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Medical Insurance Follow Up/insurance collections experience is required
• Supervisory or management experience in a healthcare environment is necessary
• A healthcare RCM background is preferred
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
