Job Summary

A company is looking for an AR Follow-Up Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain standard quality audit processes and perform monthly quality audits
• Conduct training for new employees and maintain department training manuals
• Monitor workload, track attendance, and conduct quarterly performance reviews for team members

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Medical Insurance Follow Up/insurance collections experience is required
• Supervisory or management experience in a healthcare environment is necessary
• A healthcare RCM background is preferred
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
