AR Follow-Up Supervisor

Job Summary

Managing a team of AR Follow-Up Specialists, the full-time remote AR Follow-Up Supervisor will oversee daily operations, provide training and mentorship, and ensure adherence to company policies while conducting quality audits and performance reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a standard quality audit process and perform monthly reviews
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews and provide ongoing training for team members
• Monitor workload and ensure tasks are completed accurately and timely

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in Medical Insurance Follow Up or insurance collections is required
• Supervisory or management experience in a healthcare environment is necessary
• Background in healthcare revenue cycle management is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
