AR Follow Up Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AR Follow Up Team Lead to manage A/R workflow and ensure effective communication between teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the account resolution process and implement proactive measures to avoid escalations
• Ensure offshore resources follow up on unresolved claims and take appropriate actions for resolution
• Monitor reports for trends and escalate issues while providing guidance and training to offshore resources

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Medical billing experience preferred
• 2+ years of office experience with a focus on problem solving and research
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
• Remote positions require a home internet connection that meets specified criteria
