AR Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AR Management Manager to oversee billing operations and improve revenue cycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage billing programs, systems, and third-party vendors to ensure accurate and timely billing and collections
• Prepare RCM reporting metrics and implement strategies to reduce denial rates
• Develop and mentor team members while ensuring compliance with regulatory directives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of managerial experience in healthcare revenue management cycle roles
• Experience with large healthcare organizations supporting 100 or more providers
• Experience leading a remote team across multiple states is preferred
• Bachelor's Degree highly preferred; experience may substitute for education
• Certified coder preferred, but not required
