AR Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AR Management Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete life cycle of patient accounts, including billing, collections, and denial resolution
• Ensure compliance with billing guidelines and regulations while performing pre-bill edits and claim scrubbing
• Research and resolve outstanding payment issues and denial trends to improve clean claim rates

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• Minimum of 3 years of electronic billing experience in a hospital or physician office setting
• Knowledge of HCPCS, CPT-4, and ICD9-10 coding or medical terminology
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Familiarity with multiple payer requirements and regulations for claims processing
