AR Research Resolution Representative

Job Summary

To maximize cash collections and minimize denials, the full-time AR Research Resolution Representative will research and resolve claims while working remotely and maintaining performance targets and quality scores.

Key responsibilities

• Perform complex duties related to outstanding insurance or contract claims, including resolving claim edits and denials
• Conduct follow-up with payers and communicate with internal and external business partners through phone calls and web-based tools
• Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and contribute to the development of company-wide payer matrices and Standard Operating Procedures

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and basic understanding of ICD-10 and CPT codes
• Experience in medical insurance or billing is helpful but not required
• Proficiency in using personal computers in a Windows environment, including basic word processing and spreadsheet data entry
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and manage multiple tasks
